NY Charter School Diva Defends Harsh Discipline; Parents File Civil Rights Complaint

janresseger's avatarjanresseger

Last Wednesday, 13 New York City parents filed a formal complaint with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights.  The parents claim that New York’s Success Academy Charter Schools have persistently violated the rights of students with special needs.  Success Academy Charters, as charter schools receiving public funding, are required by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to protect the rights of children who need special learning accommodations.

Here are the allegations from the complaint as filed: “Complainants allege that Success Academy engages in policies and practices throughout their network which violate students’ rights under Section 504 and the IDEA, including but not limited to:

  • Success Academy discriminates against students with disabilities by failing to identify them or provide them with reasonable accommodations;
  • Success Academy discriminates and retaliates against students with disabilities by taking measures to coerce them to leave Success Academy when they require or may require…

PayPal shuts down fund account for Memory Hole Blog

This is outrageous. They shut down his account without having to give any reasons at all, except for the vague “nature of your activities…”  un – freaking-believable.

As the phone conversation goes on you can hear the operator grow increasingly flustered.  She’s apparently used to people being intimidated into backing down.  I have to applaud Tracy for remaining calm and collected and asking for a person to talk to and hold responsible for his account being frozen.  I mean, the audacity of them just cutting off the funds like that — it’s not their money!

Please, please, keep this in mind with the push towards electronic banking!  This is what will happen to us if cash disappears — our funds will be in electronic accounts far away from us — not ready at hand — and some arsehole will decide that you have “violated their terms of service” or the “nature of your activities” will be all they need to say to close your account and withhold whatever amount is in there.

And basically steal your money while making it look legitimate.

I’ve personally had one bad experience with PayPal not releasing funds when requested and then I could not get a human being to answer the freaking phone.  I have a donate button…not that it has done me any good…but I am removing it as soon as I post this.

The life of Adam: a look at Sandy Hoax

My emotions run the full gamut when listening to this podcast.  Anger at being betrayed, because I can tell you when I heard the news of the *cough* shooting over the radio, I was in tears.  And then there’s the confusion and feeling lost at what is happening.

Why are authorities withholding photos of Adam Lanza’s autopsy?  Why are they withholding other information that would shed light on what happened? Or should I say…didn’t happen?  It only makes them look guilty of corruption and fraud (people putting up websites to get donations for perpetuating a fraud).

This podcast covers so many topics, such as the false flag shootings in Paris, San Bernardino among others.  But the one that will make you sit up and take notice is Castro.

They say that Castro is a U.S. agent.  And the Bay of Pigs fiasco was questionable…because why would we be after a place that had Guantanamo? As Tracy states — it confused me, too that we could be enemies of Castro…and yet we had a military base on Cuban land!

I don’t know about Castro being a U.S. Agent…why would we have made such harsh economic sanctions and cut off all access to Cuba?  That doesn’t make sense.  Since the U.S. has historically made economic sanctions part of punishment for not falling in line…that does make sense.  So if they were punishing him, it doesn’t make sense that he was an agent.

A Veteran’s thoughts on Bergdahl

I can’t say that I know any more than what is in the media about Bowe Bergdahl.  But I have that inkling that there is a whole lot more to this story than is being put out there by the Big Pharma/Big Energy/Military Industrial Complex media….

With that said, I found this piece by a Vietnam Veteran who questions Bergdahl’s court-martial with his first being judged as psychologically unfit for military service….

Silencing discussion. Controlling education.

Memory hole blog has this up on the chilling of free speech and the ability of any American, including academics, to voice their thoughts and question authority.

If you follow the link to the Chronicle of Higher Education…you can see how the author twists the piece to appear to be in favor of free speech…but not so fast.

The author, Kevin Carey, blasts those that question Sandy Hook Hoax and 9/11 as they are presented by authority…but insists he is for free speech.

WTH?

Americans are guaranteed the right to free speech by the First Amendment.  This means you can stand on the street corner stating the sky is purple.  People won’t believe you, but you have the right to say it.

In that vein of thought, someone has the right to say that they don’t believe the official stories of Sandy Hook nor of 9/11.  The person hearing it also has the right not to believe them.

That is what democracy is all about.  A free exchange of ideas so that we can A) keep politicians in check; and B) come to a better understanding and hopefully a better democracy through others’ different ideas.  In other words, growth.

Be sure to click on the link to the curious case of Noah Pozner, reportedly died at Sandy Hook, is being claimed as a victim in Pakistan, as well.  Hmmm…how does one die twice — in two different countries…?

Additionally, Lenny Pozner, the supposedly grieving father of Noah, has the HONR network that is harassing anyone who questions Sandy Hoax.  He and his toadies are getting people’s phone numbers, contacting their employers, and other harassing/stalking behavior to silence them.  Why?  What are he and his stalking comrades so afraid of?   That the public will find out that there was no Noah Pozner, and they gave money to this fraud? That his arse could land in jail for perpetuating a fraud for monetary gain?

Lenny Pozner could have easily proven that he had the rights if this were true. Lenny has certainly displayed a competency (or incompetency) regarding DMCA complaints. He has filed THOUSANDS of copyright complaints on YouTube against anyone investigating Sandy Hook. Most are overturned, but not until the video is first removed and a counterclaim is filed

Why else would someone who is supposed to be grieving go to the lengths that Pozner has gone?  Note that Lenny Pozner is not his real name….which REALLY makes one wonder who or what is behind this–especially when a rabbi is getting in on it.  Israel pops up once again.  Not saying for certain it is responsible, but yet another connection to Israel, like the dancing Israelis on 9/11.

Pozner accomplishes a great deal with getting the video removed –those viewing it and perhaps linking to it will have a dead link and believe the video has been removed, instead of searching for it again under a different link (once it has been cleared of DMCA infringement).

Many people don’t want to file a counterclaim because in order to do so, one must provide their actual name and address, which opens you up to further stalking and harassment from Lenny and his clan.

Bingo.  Mission accomplished.  Creep. Not only a creep, but allegedly a criminal liar, as well.

This was a two-day FEMA drill, with the rehearsal on the 13th, going LIVE on the 14th. Some participants became confused and put up donation sites on-line for an event that had yet to occur. Adam Lanza’s death was initially recorded in the Social Security Death Index as having taken place on the 13th, which makes his accomplishment in shooting 20 kids and 6 adults the following day all the more remarkable. We even have the FEMA manual, which I made the Appendix A.

The book was too hot for the Obama administration and was banned less than a month after publication–it had already sold nearly 500 copies–by amazon.com, where Jay Carney became Senior Vice President when he left the White House. I suspect one of the reasons is that I included another appendix demonstrating that, when guns are banned, crime goes up. Does anyone seriously believe that criminals are going to be intimidated by citizens who have been disarmed? Far from “an epidemic of gun violence”, it has been dropping steadily since 1993.

There are thirteen contributors to the book, including six Ph.D. (current or retired) professors. Among the others is Paul Preston, an LA area Superintendent of Schools, who was so troubled by what he observed being broadcast from Sandy Hook that he reached out to his contacts in the Obama Department of Education, each of whom confirmed that it had been a drill, that no one had died and that it had been done to promote gun control. When it was banned, I released it to the public as a pdf for free.

Alberta: Fox Creek fracking operation closed indefinitely after earthquake

Once again we have an earthquake associated with fracking. I just wish the Earth would open up, swallow those doing the fracking…and close back up again. That would put an end to it. :p
