Trusting your instincts – Geoengineering, aka chemtrails, is not your imagination…

So…I’ve been watching the skies and planes since I was a little one.  We had a seven passenger Cherokee airplane and with that began my lifelong fascination with planes and the sky.  I loved to see planes fly overhead as well as be in them….even though I tossed my waffles every single time we took off.  The thrill was worth it.  So I’m familiar with contrails (plane exhaust) and chemtrails/geoengineering exhaust.

As I’ve blogged before, here, with globs of goo dropping on folks, and here, I’m among the *tinfoils* questioning the chemtrails.  With all the evidence out there, I can’t believe that folks are still denying that they exist.  Good Grief.  Again, like with vaccines, we have scientists who are coming forward saying that chemtrails are real.

Perhaps individuals DO question them, but because everyone else is ignoring them, they do, too.  They don’t want to be the one sounding the alarm and…God forbid…look foolish.  I personally can’t think of anything more worthy of looking foolish than trying to protect our health and the planet we are borrowing in this life….I’ve been laughed at for speaking out and asking questions on chemtrails on so-called progressive boards.

I found this video on the geoengineeringwatch.org site:

With that in mind, please do your own exploring of information and trust your instincts.  And as Dane Wigington says in the second video following this video below, (the Q and A answer session)…not all of the military/government folks are privy to this and if they knew, they would be appalled at what is happening.   There are good folks and bad folks in every profession and aspect of society, and there are good folks in the government, too.  The problem is knowing who they are.

California is said to have enough water for a year.  One year.  I would start with composting toilets…

The rest of the country should sit up and take notice especially after seeing the meteorological maps that clearly show an abnormal warmth in the West with almost a straight line down the middle of the United States.  This has never been the normal flow of air.  It was always a flow from West to East. And what California experienced, in a few days, we in the Midwest experienced, too.  It was really eye-opening to see the air flow on the meteorological maps that looked like the parting of the Red Sea in the way the air flow parted over California.  I tried to find an aerial view, to show you, but no luck.

The folks worried about chemtrails are also worried about the epidemic of Alzheimer’s and Autism — both brain disorders linked to vaccines, too.  Please note that there is aluminum in both vaccines and chemtrails.  Aluminum, mercury, and lead are known brain poisons (neurotoxins).  Heavy metals, period, are toxic and cause numerous serious health issues such as cancer, MS, fibromyalgia, etc. So it’s not just one thing, as Dane also states, it’s a chemical soup piling on of toxins.

Linked to the geoengineering watch website is the Disinformation Forum.  It’s well worth the time to explore this terrific database of the campaigns launched by so-called professionals, media PR, academia, etc.   The cartoons and ads aimed at children is really disturbing.

Lastly, if any skeptics are still reading, here are some news reports of previous spraying of the American public without their knowledge or consent:

Spraying over Kansas City, Fort Worth, Sioux City, South Omaha, etc.  Note that Sen. Paul Wellstone was insisting on full disclosure.

~~~~~~
“The Army has claimed there are no health effects from the spraying, but the officials  told Wellstone they couldn’t say for sure, he said.  The officials said they might as the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to do a study.”
~~~~~~~~~~`

And I’m sure the CDC, a government agency, did a thorough examination of another government agency that sprayed stuff without informed consent….just like they are doing with forced vaccination.  um-hmmm…

If you recall, Wellstone and his wife died in a plane crash that has been questioned by experts as being suspicious.

Spraying over Fort Wayne, Corpus Christie, Winnepeg Manitoba Canada, etc.  This is particularly of interest to me since I was in Fort Wayne and cadmium reportedly stays in the soil for a long time.  I took care of a garden, and regularly had my hands in the dirt….and I would be wheezing and short of breath after jogging outside.  If you recall, I was amazed at the number of people with breathing difficulties.  People in their sixties were on oxygen. This was unheard of when I was little.  There were a large number of mentally impaired individuals, as well.

~~~~~~
The U.S. Army released the chemical compound zinc cadmium sulfide from airplanes, rooftops, and moving vehicles in 33 urban and rural areas as part of a Cold War program to test the way biological weapons might disperse under different conditions. Zinc cadmium sulfide, a fine fluorescent powder, was chosen because its particles are similar in size to germs used in biological warfare, and because its fluorescence under ultraviolet light made it easy to trace. It is not a biological weapon, nor was it thought at the time to be toxic. But residents in affected cities — including Minneapolis; St. Louis; Winnipeg, Manitoba; Corpus Christi, Texas; and Fort Wayne, Ind. — became concerned about possible health effects after details of the tests became widely known in the 1990s.
~~~~~~~~~

Why keep it secret for thirty to forty years??  I’m sorry, but if you have nothing to hide…

Heavy metal poisoning, including Cadmium.

More here.

Spraying in California.

The California Department of Food and Agriculture’s own doctor acknowledges, in court documents, that the aerial application of this chemical has not been tested. Let me repeat this so you understand, chemicals are being sprayed on young children, nursing mother’s, people with asthma, lung problems, heart problems, the elderly, the disabled, the homeless and the chemically sensitive – and this chemical formulation has NEVER been tested on even a piece of dirt, let alone, humans

Food Summit

Just in case you haven’t signed up for the Food Summit going on this week, you might want to view the presentation by Leslie Parsons on soil remediation with plants.  She explores how very toxic our soil is and what we can do about it….instead of wringing our hands or moving and making it someone else’s poison.

I have a big problem with one aspect that Leslie talks about — using plants to soak up the metals, and then selling it back to be used again.  Hello?  What’s wrong with this picture?

Here is the link to the Summit.

Control All Delete

Dan Olmsted, of Age of Autism, has written a good post on the control of information surrounding vaccines and the link to autism, among other things. (I had to put the Part 3 post up because they don’t have a link to Parts 1 and 2 from the first part. Oops.  So you’ll have to click on the first part link to get to the first part.)

It’s just mindboggling how much control over the spectrum of media, from the major networks to so-called progressive blogs like DailyKos and CrooksandLiars that Big Pharma has.    Incredibly, DailyKos will not even allow discussion of anti-vaccine views on its website!!  So much for getting at the truth…they arrogantly have decided what the truth is…

…you know things are bad when there’s a Man Behind the Man Behind the Curtain….

** And they are still taking signatures for the White House petition I’ve stuck above.

Kidney Stones and Vitamin C

I thought this might be helpful to those of you who may be struggling with kidney stones — conventional thought has been that the Vitamin C creates oxalic acid, which contributes to kidney stones.

But according to the paper, studies don’t bear that out.

Those of us chelating heavy metals out have an extraordinary need for Vitamin C, because, as one member put it, we toxic people use up Vitamin C like it’s going out of style.  So, we use large amounts of Vitamin C.  When I say large, I mean some members use 9,000 mg of Vitamin C per day.  I personally use 3-4,000 mg. of Vitamin C per day.

I had tried using only natural forms of Vitamin C because Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride (GAPS diet) did not recommend synthetic vitamins.  And I had read that from other sources.  But  Dr. Suzanne Humphries’ spoke about how she uses synthetic Vitamin C.  She spoke of the studies of the folks exposed to Tetanus that did not become ill if they took Vitamin C, I decided to go back to using synthetic Vitamin C.   I’ve noticed improvement in my skin since, so I take it that the insides are doing better, too. 🙂

Milton Friedman on Donahue ** edited

You know, I was influenced by Phil Donahue to ask questions and it is really sad that my children and the younger generation had only reality shows or fluff talk shows to turn their minds to jelly.  Well, not jelly, because that would discredit their brainpower…but they do not have the stimulation that I did.

Here is a youtube I found with Milton Friedman on the Donahue Show.  It was not one of Phil’s greatest moments as Friedman gets away with so much crap.  Friedman is a master at throwing crap on the wall to see what sticks.  He clearly is Libertarian in being anti-government “regulation”.  I think the audience is stacked with Friedman fans, by the way.

When he talks about de-regulating the oil industry, he neglects to tell Donahue or the audience that the oil industry has been using public lands to drill for oil with paying only 12% of profits for it.  According to this, they have made over $1 Trillion over the past decade.  Yep.  And here’s an example of them avoiding paying taxes by spreading manure over the public airwaves.

Back to the video — we have Friedman then say that the reason the truckers were fighting (this is 1979, folks, when the oil crises was in full swing…and we were in a downward economic spiral) was because they were being regulated.

The problem with this insane thinking is that there is a reason that regulations were put into place — because business owners were taking advantage of the situation and creating dangerous work conditions for their workers and/or the public.  Regulations came about because the business owners (the shady ones, at least) refused to do the right thing.

At 19:45, Friedman makes the outrageous statement that “there have been studies…that the biggies have not eaten up the smallies…”  A lie, as we have seen since about that time — the free-for-all began when Wall Street traders such as Ivan Boesky, Martin Siegel, Michael Milken, and Dennis Levine began a feeding frenzy of the bigger corporations eating up the smaller, more vulnerable companies, called corporate raids.  There were companies contracting with traders such as Martin Siegel, to protect them against a takeover…but he would collect fees after the takeover.

From the book, Den of Thieves (James B. Stewart):

Siegel found his most effective tactic was to let Goldman makes its presentation, which typically emphasized that Goldman could get the best price if the target company were sold.

~~~~~~~~~~~
Siegel is also responsible for the “Golden Parachute” where an executive can run a company into the ground, and still get $$$ in severance pay when that company was taken over.
Boesky, Milken, and Levine were convicted of insider trading when they were caught using their knowledge of impending mergers to buy stock of a company.  The stock would inevitably go up in price after news of the merger was made public, and then they would sell for a nice profit.  They made millions this way.
Back to the video — at 30:00, they are discussing “everybody wants growth” and Donahue makes the case that an individual builds a better mousetrap, and along comes a bigger corporation that swallows it up.  Of course, Friedman is shaking his head “no”, and goes on to say that another company will come along and build an even better mousetrap…but that isn’t what we’re seeing, is it?  Now we begin to see why our Antitrust law, the Sherman Act, is being ignored and mergers are allowed even though the public is not being served, not getting lower prices, not getting better service, not getting a quality product, and being made to pay when the Too Big Too Fails are bailed out.
They make the example of little old men owning shoe shops…and Friedman again asserts that they will be down “temporarily” and then come back….
…how many shoe shops do you see around…?  There were two downtown and two in the mall in the town I grew up in…they are gone.  And they’re not coming back.
Friedman talks about the poor old oil companies not being able to make a buck, using the example that stockholders could sell their stock if they didn’t like what Exxon was doing.
Next, a woman in the audience asks if the public can do anything against inflation.  Friedman emphatically says “no” and then he says that you can do something, if you demand the government reduce spending.
Doesn’t this go against what happened to the economy when Roosevelt started the New Deal?  He put people to work for a $1 a day, providing housing and clothing and in the process, taught them a new trade, so they could go out in the world and use that trade to support themselves.  I mean, they always point to WWII as the reason the economy turned around, but isn’t it because of teaching new trades to the poor, and by the G.I. Bill, that paid for college educations?  Why not just skip the war and do the above — wouldn’t it had the same effect?
It gets really interesting at the end of the video when Friedman is asked a question on real life circumstances –why Sears was faltering while Kmart was growing.  He couldn’t answer the question!  Stunning. Is anybody else wondering why he was given the Nobel Prize?  And if that influenced people into accepting his b.s. and not questioning his sociopathic thoughts?
And when the lady asks about why there is so much money at the top while poor people can’t support themselves in a decent living…Friedman goes into Libertarian mode saying, in so many words, that they have a right to be greedy and it’s just tough sh*t that the poor aren’t doing so well….ignoring that low and stagnant wages has everything to do with people being unable to take care of their basic needs.  Note during the conversation how Friedman manipulates what the Lady says about the investing away from what is going on.  Fast forward to present times — and the economic gap is even greater than 1979 — and they are not investing in factories that are creating livable wage jobs.
Friedman also makes the assertion that productivity is related to all of this, when we have seen that American productivity has gone up while wages have stagnated.  He also states a fallacy that people were better off with industrialization.  As we’ve seen with the posts on self-sufficiency by cottage farming, just the opposite is true.  People are happier with less “stuff” when they can control their own destiny and autonomy, as the lady stated in the video of the couple who were self-sufficient in Los Angeles.  Money makes people who are greedy happy.  For most of us, it is just a way to provide for ourselves and our families.
…wait for the racist comment at 37:02.  Yep.  Incredible that he blames schools for that instead of racism of employers that would not hire black folk.  And then he says they could work for low wages so they could get skills and rise up among the ranks.  bwahahahahahaha…..I don’t know how he kept a straight face when he said that.  Yeah, because *everybody* who works for low wages eventually learns better skills and then is promoted and then makes really good wages.  bwahahahahaha…*snort*
And then we get to the source of all the talk about how minimum wage is hurting businesses who want to hire more teenagers…so they can pay next to nothing for workers.  Incredibly, Friedman says that these jobs will lead to better paying jobs because of the skills acquired and lift everyone out of poverty….tralalala.  What a load of garbage.
If businesses are not forced to pay a minimum wage…all wages are lowered because they will have no incentive to pay good wages.  As we are seeing now in Indiana, with the Koch Party/ALEC trying to take away the prevailing construction wage law so that they can pay low wages. Hoosier Hardhats has a webpage protesting it.  And as I said before, I want to know what buildings, bridges, and roads are constructed by these minimum wage workers, because I will avoid them like the plague.
Friedman then states that parents should be free to choose about the busing ( of suburban kids to the city schools and vice versa), and if you recall about the recent issue in South Carolina (?) where the Koch Party won seats on the school board using the coded racism of stopping busing so parents could choose which school, they were outed and the parents and kids protested, and eventually recalled those newly elected members.
When asked about inflation again, Friedman tells folks that there is no way to protect themselves against inflation.  When that is not true — as with the above about the self-sufficiency, there are a number of ways to insulate oneself if one is willing to do without some things.    But Friedman advocates them buying more schtuff.  Hmmm…
ALEC, Milton Friedman, Ronald Reagan, Goldwater, and destroying public education…
Wow.  As much as I know about American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC)…I am still stunned with the depth, the length of time (since 1960ish), and the goals detrimental to the democracy of the United States.  Just wow.  Not so stunning is the tie to Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater.  You might recall that Hillary Clinton was a Goldwater Girl.  And she is in with Eli Broad, one of the masterminds behind destroying public education.
So.. the latest on Scott Walker is his once again trying to circumvent the democratic process and keep the Department of Public Instruction out of the loop…for education.  It’s really incredible how they are funneling money away from public education towards for-profit schools by telling folks they were going to help the poor and mentally challenged…when that wasn’t the case at all.  Meanwhile, they are siphoning the money away from those who would do something about it.  This is why we should always question when politicians or corporations tell us “it’s good for you” or “it’s good for the community”…a common theme with the vaccines, if you recall.
Near the bottom of the report, is a link to Milton Friedman’s speech on CSPAN.  I should not have been stunned at Milton Friedman’s involvement in this plot to destroy public schools, but yet I was.  You might recall Friedman is the economist from Chicago who is responsible for promoting the economic idea of cheap plastic crap that uses up resources and fills our landfills while paying those that make the cheap plastic crap less-than-livable wages….so that corporations can pay the CEO’s 400% of what workers receive in wages.
At the first twenty minutes –Friedman makes the wild claim that if there were no taxes, parents then could use that money to pay for quality education.  What utter nonsense!  The whole reason we have public education is to pool our resources together so ALL of our children can have good educations.  This system has been in place for decades…why would it suddenly start “failing”?  Why did this come about at the same time ALEC was formed– where the schools were deliberately dumbed down?
I can recall that my older brothers and sisters had Civics class, where students were taught about our government, and laws and how to petition the government for grievances.  When I got to high school, civics class was replaced with just a class on government.  And being in 1978, the tone had changed because of the turbulent 60s.  Thanks to the violent actions of a few, protesters were seen as troublemakers.
I also recall getting my hands on a textbook written in the 1960s — it was well written and the author was clear about the subject.  I was impressed at the amount of information I gleaned from reading it.  Fast forward to a 2001 textbook on Literature I found at a used goods store…it is the most boring, poorly written/edited book I have laid eyes on to date.  It took snippets of literature and tried to cram two books into one.  I would be at a loss if I were a student today trying to read this book and gain a greater understanding of books or of culture or relationships.  It’s garbage.  And the publisher is…wait for it…Pearson Education.
Further in the video, Friedman begins blaming the “failure” of public schools on the teachers’ unions.  He makes the false correlation between the “failure” of public education beginning at the time the teachers national association became unionized…instead of the dumbing down of the students.  When a student is given a boring textbook, they are not going to be as engaged.  When they are given a textbook lacking in substance, they are obviously not going to learn as much.
Friedman then goes on to say that students have a choice in the college they attend and “that makes all the difference because there is competition.”  What utter bull.  A student without means cannot choose an expensive college to attend.  A student whose career may be satisfying to them may not pay enough to justify the amount of student loans incurred.
And the parental choice thing — he plays on parents’ emotions by making the claim they have no choice.  Well, yes, they do have some choice — they can move to a better school district.  The parents that can’t are the ones that Friedman and the ALEC crowd don’t want anyway — the parents who are poor or have a developmentally challenged child.   The ALEC crowd want paying customers, er, I mean, children of parents who will pay any amount of $$ to get their child into a good school.
In case you haven’t seen it, here’s a great video explaining the advent of cheap plastic crap:
And here is a video on the un-capitalism going on now with the 1%:
Nature once again trumps Monsanto, Dow, Syngenta, et al…
…by the Moringa tree.  This little powerhouse of Protein, Vit. C, Vit. A, Calcium and minerals, and Vit. B complex.  It also provides a high quality cooking oil from the crushed seeds. AND…drum roll please…the crushed seeds can then be used as a water purifier!!  Ta-dah!
Here’s another link to information on the Moringa and how you can help spread the word, via donation of trees to the needy.
Take that, Monsanto.  So much for your “feeding the world” schtick.  We don’t need no stinkin’ GMO food to feed the world…there is plenty of food surrounding us that has been forgotten in favor of highly processed, highly manipulated (hybrid or GMO) food that has questionable value nutritionally.  Oh, yeah, they say that hybrids and GMO are the same nutritionally…but that doesn’t mean squat if the body cannot recognize the “foreign object” inside….this is why they have linked inflammation with GMO’s –– the body is launching an immune response to the foreign object it sees as abnormal.
In the last six years, Dr. Carman has survived six different attempts to have her removed from her various university positions, for example. As she notes later in this interview, she was largely “protected” by the fact that she knew this going into the research, and chose to stop receiving a salary and getting paid for her work.
Funding is another major barrier, of course. Because most of the agricultural universities—the ones that would conduct these studies—obtain their funding from the very companies that make the seeds, they’re not interested in research that might jeopardize this lucrative relationship with the industry. In Dr. Carman’s case, her team was fortunate enough to obtain the funding for their research from the government of Western Australia.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I agree with Dr. Mercola, the researchers who try to get to the truth are close to saints…she went without her salary to thwart efforts to remove her from her position.

For example, a small number of animals might receive a GE protein, and the effects of a singular dose are then noted over the course of seven to 14 days. If the animal (usually a rat) doesn’t die, all is presumed to be well. Crazy as it seems, this is sometimes the main safety assessment performed by the industry. Even more remarkable, sometimes, the protein tested doesn’t even come from the actual GE plant, but rather from the bacteria they genetically engineer to produce what they hope is the same protein. As Dr. Carman notes, this kind of testing is not going to reveal the long-term health outcomes associated with eating the GE food over the course of years, or an entire lifetime.

~~~~~~~~~~~
This is the whole issue in a nutshell — our bodies are remarkably resilient, but this is only for a time until the immune system…which begins in the gut…begins to be weakened and then overwhelmed by the onslaught, and then the real problems begin.
I know this by my own gut issues.  When my gut was severely inflamed, I reacted much more strongly and quickly to “bad” food — glutens and processed food (and chemicals including fragrances) .  Now that my gut has improved (but not totally healed), it could take as long as a month to react to say…chocolate.
But if I am accidentally glutened, it will react strongly and quickly.  I can count on a migraine and severe nausea.  And if I eat processed food, even though it is gluten-free, I may still end up with a bad headache and nausea.  I’ve learned through this odyssey of heavy metal poisoning that migraines and headaches are warning signs.
As much as Monsanto would like to deny it, the gut cannot digest GMO’s and will react to it.  I know this to be true from my own experience.
At that point, the now fully mature (and very large) animals were slaughtered according to industry standards. All personnel involved in the study were blinded, including the veterinarians who performed the autopsies at the end of the study, meaning no one knew beforehand which animals were receiving which feed. (Two years ago, the first-ever lifetime animal feeding study involving GE corn revealed major health problems, including massive mammary tumors, kidney and liver damage, and early death. That study, led by Gilles-Eric Séralini, also attempted to separate out the effects of glyphosate.)
(Parentheses mine)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

At the end of the study, Dr. Carman’s team discovered a significant increase in stomach inflammation in the pigs fed a GE diet. Overall, inflammation levels were 2.6 times higher in GE-fed pigs than those fed a non-GE diet, and male pigs fared worse than the females. While sows were 2.2 times more likely to have severe stomach inflammation on a GE diet, male pigs were four times more likely to get severe stomach inflammation.

“And when I say ‘severe,’ I’m talking about a stomach that is swollen and cherry red in color over almost the entire surface of the stomach. This is not the sort of stomach that you or I would want to have at all,” she says.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The fact that the veterinarians did not know which pigs had been fed GE corn shows that the study was a good one — double blind studies are the best tool we know of to get an unbiased report.  Be sure to click on the video at the bottom of the page — for those whom haven’t been following the Monsanto nightmare, it is an eye-opener to the devious ways they have avoided getting called on their poisonous and health-endangering product.
It’s also important to note the connection to the poison glyphosate.  The GMO seed has been bioengineered to withstand massive amounts of RoundUp, and the plant survives, but everything else around it dies.  This corn is then consumed by you….what is it doing to your body?
The article then explores Atrazine, which is used on corn, and of course, Indiana is very susceptible to this toxin.
Two years ago, his work on Atrazine provided the scientific basis for two class-action lawsuits brought against Syngenta by 23 US municipalities, accusing the chemical technology company of contaminating drinking water and “concealing Atrazine’s true dangerous nature.” Documents unearthed during these legal proceedings revealed that Hayes’ suspicions were true—Syngenta had indeed been studying him as deeply as he’d been studying their toxic herbicide for the past 15 years.
What follows reaches a level of creepy that no one should ever have to endure—least of all a scientist who’s working to learn and share the truth about a widely used agricultural chemical that has the power to affect all of us, and our ecology. Aviv writes:
“Syngenta’s public-relations team had drafted a list of four goals. The first was ‘discredit Hayes.’ In a spiral-bound notebook, Syngenta’s communications manager, Sherry Ford, who referred to Hayes by his initials, wrote that the company could ‘prevent citing of TH data by revealing him as noncredible…’ Syngenta looked for ways to ‘exploit Hayes’ faults/problems.’ ‘If TH involved in scandal, enviros will drop him,’ Ford wrote. She observed that Hayes ‘grew up in world (S.C.) that wouldn’t accept him,’ ‘needs adulation,’ ‘doesn’t sleep,’ was ‘scarred for life.’ She wrote, ‘What’s motivating Hayes?—basic question.'”
~~~~~~~~~~~

Pretty scary, eh?  Please keep this in mind when the brave person speaks out…and then rumors start to circulate.  It’s an old, old, old tactic that unfortunately seems to work nearly every time.  People won’t bother to look too deep beyond the surface.  Too weak, I guess.

(Contrary Farmer Gene Logsdon would say that this entire outlook is the King Corn mindset.  If we were farming like previous generations, where there was diversity, as in farmers raising ducks, geese, sheep, cows, goats, chickens, and had fruit trees and bushes, grew and canned their own veggies, put up bird- and bat-houses [to entice them to control the insect population], and used natural wood such as osage orange and catalpa that regrew after being cut…well, a lot of this nonsense would be stopped.  The wildlife would naturally “fertilize” the ground by the natural food they ate.  The farmer would eat what he grew for his family, and sell or *gasp* barter the excess to obtain what he needed.  The so-called weeds could be pulled…and eaten…for their nutritious content instead of being sprayed to hell and back with poisonous herbicides.  Same with the food that they ate or that their livestock ate with chemical fertilizers/pesticides.)

Speaking of PR machines, here we have Business Insider with what appears to be an article placed by Big Ag and/or Monsanto/Syngenta.  Note that it falsely claims the researcher was pro-organic and anti-GMO.  It also does not note the veterinarians doing the autopsies were kept in the dark about the pigs who were fed GMO, and that the stomach inflammation was severe.

The article is really lacking in scientific dispute — she mainly has quoted other blogs disparaging the research.

Onto other fascinating plants that have disguised themselves as weeds…but are powerhouses of nutrition…the purslane.

You don’t know how many times I’ve grumbled while pulling this persistent..ahem…weed…out of the ground…and now I find out that it is quite nutritious with Vit. E and Omega 3.
