You know, when I was in the Clerk’s office, filing papers for my beloved house, a landlord comes in and wants to know how to file eviction papers.

The Clerk’s office printed off a stack of papers an inch thick and fell all over themselves to answer any questions he had.

I was stunned how accommodating they were by giving him a step-by- step instruction manual on how to throw someone out.

But they didn’t offer a homeowner the same guidance on how to get their home back from wrongdoing.

They refused to help and even intimidated me when I balked at the Hispanics helping me because they had been gangstalking me. The clerk stood toe to toe with me and said she would call security and have me escorted out the building for being disrespectful to the help. I told her that I didn’t say anything disrespectful, but just politely asked for someone else whom had been helping me.

(As a sidenote, her husband is the repub chair and they’re trying to get candidates off the ballot for this Spring. One has been a prominent photographer in this town for as long as I can remember.

The Clerk and her husband are saying he switched parties. So did Trump and many others. I care more that the person is a leader, intelligent, loyal to the United States, and not a part of the evil ones.)

Anyway, I was in court Friday the 17th, and a different judge shows up even though it was supposed to be the same one I have had before.

He didn’t introduce himself or explain why the other judge was not in attendance.

He refused to hear any of my argument for quieting the title of my property.

He said it was frivolous even though I meet the two conditions.

He said I have to sue Argent, which conveniently went out of business.

So folks, someone can buy your home because you were deliberately kept in the dark about your rights.

There wasn’t any packet from the Clerk’s office on how to fight off predatory lenders like Ameriquest and Deutsche bank.

There wasn’t any packet on how my house was being parceled out like it was a piece of stock on the stock market.

So thieves can steal your home as if they walked up to the door with a gun in their hands and took over ownership.

I met the Statute of Limitations by two conditions: 1. I wasn’t notified of the right to rescind after they started foreclosure proceedings and there was no brokers fee.

He said I had to sue Argent.

But Argent is out of the picture.

I still should be able to ask for the title to be cleared.

Nobody in that courtroom disagreed that fraud and omission had been committed.

So the judge not only ruled against me, but he is giving the attorneys their exorbitant fees.

I couldn’t afford for my own attorney, but I am supposed to pay for the other side??

As I write this, I am living in my van. No job, even though I have been putting applications out every week. I had some really good paying jobs lined up, and then…

So now I am supposed to pay over $1,000 in 60 days. *EDITED: Oh, it gets worse — the judge who was supposed to be in the courtroom that day awarded the other attorney $1,058.72. For six hours of work at $175.00 per hour. This is small town Indiana, and workaday folks can’t afford to pay such an outrageous fee!! Even $80.00 per hour is outrageous. To top that off, this is the attorney that made the statement in the courtroom that he had just taken the notes from the other attorney. He essentially just copied the information from the other attorney, so there was no “work” for him to do but parrot the other attorney. Who are the criminals here?? Lying, cheating, greedy bastards!! So now I am supposed to pay $2,000+ in 60 days or be charge 8% interest. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!

I would like judges to have to live in poverty for six months to see how hard it is.

The judge is punishing me for standing up against this thievery. He didn’t even question such excessive fees.

The other attorney said he just borrowed the notes from the other attorney , so he didn’t do the work, only copying from the other. It’s outrageous he would get any fees at all when he copied off the other attorney.

Since Ameriquest/Argent tried to say that I had abandoned my property, I went there Monday and parked in the drive. It felt good to be back if only for a moment. I was there a couple hours and the occupant came out and said he was going to call the police.

I told him to do that.

I explained to the deputies we were in a battle over the house and the banks tried to say that I had abandoned my property. I was there to show that I had not abandoned it.

They said I would be charged with criminal trespass if I didn’t leave.

Criminal banks can steal your house, but if you try to reclaim it, you will be arrested.

No relief for the weary…

I had posted on this awhile back, but when I went to look for it, it was nowhere to be found.

So thought I would post again to help folks understand that Israel is not our friend and this technology is being used to see into every American’s home.

I’m inclined to believe that Kelsi was catfishing her sister. Family members, especially if they are jealous, can be vicious.

I don’t know if that means she participated in the murders or had prior knowledge of it, but it certainly looks that way.

So this post connects with the movie…

In it, there is the false notion that the Creator (or Jesus) hasn’t been around…that there were no modern day miracles.

Oh, I beg to differ.

There have been miracles. You just haven’t heard about them.

You need to ask why.

1. USS Liberty. Fired upon by Israel, June 8, 1967. Ignorant people keep saying that Israel is our friend in the middle east, and it was an “accident”. No. The American flag was flying. The Israelis were aiming directly at the crew. They dropped Napalm!! Here’s where the miracle comes in : the ship had a huge gaping hole…and she still stayed afloat!!

The 2nd modern day miracle happened in the 1970s when the Native folk had taken a stand against the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the feds, and a bully Dickie Wilson, whom was terrorizing his own people with thugs called “goons” who roamed the reservation,bullying people without any recourse.

American Indian Movement, or AIM, wanted to restore their sovereignty and their traditional ways.

A little side note here — the FBI first came into being when the Native folk whose tribal lands contained oil, therefore making them wealthy, were being attacked and preyed upon by those seeking to get the Native’s riches. A group of law men were gathered to come up with a plan to protect the Native folk and their property/oil rights.

I wanted to add that so you all will know the history and understand this is not an attack on the feds. I do believe there are good folks in all government agencies, but there are also infiltrators.

Having said that, here is the miracle that you never heard about:

Creator had protected them because they were praying in a good way.

Remember folks, that the Creator made all of us and He loves all of his children.

This miracle becomes even more intense if you realize that a previous Holy Man, Wovoka, of the Pauites, had been visited by the Holy Spirit, and he was given a song and prayer to perform to rid the world of evil.

The Holy Spirit told Wovoka that this prayer would protect them when in battle. Bullets would not be able to penetrate their shirts.

The song and prayer spread to different tribes and was gaining rapid popularity.

But unfortunately, the tribes were trying to use the song and prayer to rid the world of white people. This went against the Creator and the Holy Spirit’s instructions.

So when the Lakota (sioux) were marched to Wounded Knee, and disarmed, they were massacred.

They had not followed the Holy Spirit’s instructions, and their shirts allowed the bullets through, instead of stopping them like they did in modern day Wounded Knee.

These miracles prove the Creator is still with us and protecting those who have Good Hearts and praying in a good way, asking for help. Asking for guidance. Asking for courage.

It may seem like we’ve been abandoned because of all the evil goings on, and the miracles being kept from you.

You need to question why.

Whom would want to keep that knowledge from you? The evil ones, of course.

And my own miracles are proof— the bolt taken off my steering assembly that should have resulted in the tire coming off, yet I traveled 60 miles before it was discovered and fixed by a good Hispanic man who was there at the right moment and time.

The brake lines being cut, twice, and yet I was able to safely park my truck. The first time, on a small mountain in Wyoming. It had to be a miracle because the pedal went to the floor. I put the truck in low gear to make it down the mountain, and was delivered from evil. The second one was in my hometown and again the pedal went to the floor when there were no problems driving. I could safely pull over.

People look at me like they don’t believe these were miracles, but Creator and I know differently.

I was a young mother and wife when my ex and I saw this as a couple…

They, whom have been hard at work to destroy our Democracy since 9/11/01, have tried repeatedly to say that we are a Republic, not a Democracy.

I saw this in action when the Equal Rights Amendment was being considered and voted on in the States during the 1970s.

Anita Bryant was traveling around the country scaring folks with her assertions that an Equal Rights Amendment would mean we had unisex bathrooms…

…and we now have unisex bathrooms and no Equal Rights Amendment. Indiana proudly voted for it, by the way.

And I’m not complaining about the unisex bathrooms because they are the single bathrooms that I use when in public. Those are acceptable because it is a single stall with a locking door.

But I don’t agree with it for schools and workplaces where there is more than one stall and men can walk into women’s bathrooms.

This is just asking for trouble. Women are more vulnerable and I can see women being raped and even trafficked if a man is allowed into the restroom. One must also consider that women can help traffick other women, as Ghislaine Maxwell did for Epstein.

All things considered, it is best to make bathrooms single stall with a locking door for the occupant’s safety.

Anyway, getting back to the Democracy…

Our Constitution is designed so that it takes a majority of states to vote on changing the Constitution. Three-fourths of us must vote to change it. That is why the Patriot Act, inacted after 9/11/01, is illegal. The people of the states did not go to vote to approve it. Patriot Act was a fundamental change to the Constitution and denied us our rights. This led to gangstalking because it is done in secret without a person being able to face their accusers in a court of law (6th Amendment) and their right to privacy (4th Amendment). A person is tried and convicted without those rights to stand up for yourself and prove your innocence. And for your right to conduct your life without harassment.

They are taking away our individuality. Every town is being made to look like every other town. My hometown is being overrun by national chains. I saw this everywhere I traveled. Some exceptions: the town I was in Idaho still is holding ground with some mom-and-pops, but like my hometown, the independent business owners are being run out of town.

If I am given a choice, I will pick a mom-and-pop over a national chain. National chains owners’ live in mega cities and could not care less about small town folk.

I distinctly remember when Walmart came to town. I, like everybody else, thought it was great that we could get so many things for cheap prices. We did not see the “big picture” of how Walmart was going to drive our hometown stores out of business.

The downtown hardware store closed.

The three-story Macy’s-like store that had fine China, fine clothing, shoes, and all things expensive but well-made…closed. Very sad day.

The three shoe stores selling quality shoes that supported the foot and were long-lasting….closed.

The candy store that offered penny candy (fill a small paper bag with candy and pay by the pound)….moved out to the huge Mall. Yes, young ones, we actually had candy for a penny.

Woolworth’s moved out to the Mall, too, but since it just moved locations, I consider it still a success because they held on until
Walmart moved in town.

The Mall seemed to help attract more customers, and the downtown actually did okay…until Walmart moved in.

Once I realized what was happening, I stopped shopping there unless I couldn’t find what I was looking for at other stores.

But as time moved on, the mom-and-pops closed. Now I go around town and see the neighborhood grocers and neighborhood schools…all closed or being used for another purpose. Little kids should be in neighborhood schools so they can walk home (with an adult) and go home for lunch, as my generation did. Not be house in monstrosities that 600 children are herded into like cattle.

And the transgender movement wants to have men who are claiming to be women to have access to women’s restrooms. No effing way. For the same reasons that unisex bathrooms with more than one stall will be dangerous for women.

You may have read the recent story of a mother in Maine whose girl was being manipulated by her school “counselor” into wearing a chest binder. This was a shirt that had a binder across the breasts so that she would look like a boy. The “counselor” said that she should not tell her mother. It was said in a manipulative way, where the “counselor” told her that he was not going to tell her parents, and she did not have to, either. The mother was not told that her daughter had a new “counselor” or that she was having “gender identity” issues.

Telling a child not to say anything or strongly influencing a child not to say anything to a parent is a red flag. This “counselor” is a PREDATOR. Keeping secrets is their mode of operation.

Same with cults, who seek to cut off all contact with family and keep everything they do a secret. They often use inclusion language, such as “you’re one of us” “you’re with family now, you don’t need any others” and such language so that the person feels “special” and “accepted”.

And they also use threatening language to ensure the person feels afraid to say anything or they will attack them verbally or physically.

I think the transgender thing and making our towns to look alike (and removing state’s powers and individuality) is all part of the bigger picture of removing our sense of self that the Creator endowed us with. This all has bigger implications for us to all act alike, think alike, and not to have any thoughts that question what is going on or that we don’t agree with evil ones trying to destroy this country.

And please don’t take this as an attack on transgenders as I think they are victims of a powerful predator network. Mind control.

God Bless the United States. May we keep our beloved Democracy and Constitution and our individuality.

CNN sez there are schools and children and we always use children when it’s convenient but couldn’t care less about them (based on sexual and violent content being aired during day hours) when it’s not convenient.

Appallingly, they also mention what shooting down China’s balloon would do to our trade.

WTH?

This is a direct threat from China and needs to be dealt with in a forceful manner!

We need to protect our country and we need to stop with NAFTA and the trade traitors.

So they are increasing the stalking intensity.

My guess is they’re feeling the heat because of the house, my being in my hometown, and trying to get a good paying job.

None of that appeals to them.

Being so cold, I’ve gone to the library or visited stores to keep warm.

They gangstalked me at the library last year, so it’s not a surprise they have started it again, but it’s taken on an intensity.

They’ve sent a gang of five or so hispanic boys who talk loudly, swear, and are rowdy to bother not only me, but others. Older patrons, mostly…. people who have been coming to the library for decades, like me. I overheard one older lady tell a librarian that she left because of the noise and vulgar behavior.

Three times in the last four days, someone has tried to get into the bathroom when I was using it.

They didn’t knock. They just pulled the handle and pushed hard, like they were hoping to force the door open.

A library employee was right there and claimed he didn’t see anyone. Lying through his mossy green teeth. His desk sits facing the bathroom. Kind of hard to miss someone trying to force the door open!

This isn’t new. This was happening in South Dakota, at the homeless shelter, where the schizophrenic and another woman kept knocking on the door as soon as I closed it.

It was like clockwork. I would shut the door, begin the shower, and then “bang, bang, bang!” On the door.

Again, it startles you, and that is stressful, plus i am severely sleep deprived, so there ya go.

That’s how you know they are organized and sharing their methods. Nazis.

They’ve continually put themselves in front of me and then claimed that I am doing something inappropriate.

They put themselves in front of me and then pretend to be victims. But they are bullies.

I’ve been trying to get 60 pounds of weight off that I’ve gained since breaking my leg.

At the fitness center, I have been stalked as well, with a member of my former Catholic church getting her phone out and taking pictures of me as I was exercising. Unreal.

Of course, she is a stalker and playing the game.

I try to avoid her and anyone I suspect is one of them. So there was an area that was closed off and no one else went in there. But today, two chicks, one very overweight, come in and start using the equipment.

I left because I trust my instincts. I was within earshot when I heard one say “that took only five minutes”! Then they both started laughing. Trust your instincts, folks.

So I looked around to see if there was some room wasn’t being used, and I found one. I did a quick routine because I had walked 3 miles yesterday, and just wanted to work on a few areas, probably 15 minutes.

And guess who starts coming into the room, as I was leaving?

Yep, the same two women stalkers.

“What are you doing, following me around?”

Big girl laughs and says, yes, we’re following you around.

I said a few choice words that I won’t repeat.

Big girl starts to come after me and I told her to leave me alone on no uncertain terms.

I start to take a shower and, wait for it,….boom. boom. On the door.

Yep.
