Chemtrails and asthma and globs of gelatin…

They had stopped spraying so much of the chemtrails here.  At least, during the day…but then for two weeks, you couldn’t see the sunrise…there was a solid “cloud” blanket over the sky.  I also noticed that I was having a more difficult time breathing.  I passed it off to all the cigarette smoke I’m exposed to in the building, or the deodorants they use in cleaning, or paint fumes…but then another resident complained to me that she was also having trouble breathing.  It’s a more serious event for her because she has severe asthma.  I’ve also noticed that I am really tired after jogging in the morning, instead of feeling the “runner’s high”, I feel wiped out–and if the skies are clear?  I feel that runner’s high and energized.  The conclusion points towards them spraying at night…

Now, it could be all of the above…but consider this:  my car’s protective coat, which was intact before I moved here, began peeling away this past year, only one year after moving here.  I went out to it the other day, and saw this horrible “alligator” patch about twelve inches in diameter.  I was driving in town, so my speed wasn’t that fast, when the protective film just started flying off in bits–some of sticking in the windshield wiper.  Another resident’s car, which is also massively peeling, had the same phenomenon–pieces of protective film lay on the ground near the car.  It’s important to note that this happened the same time mine happened. And this car was not as old as mine, so you can take the age factor out.

I searched “chemtrails and asthma” and found this at natural news.  This link is particularly good, with a physician explaining how devastating they are.

This link is also good–be sure to look at the video of the gelatinous material falling over Oakville Washington.

Human white blood cells….?? And a bacteria that makes its home in the human digestive tract…holy crap…tell me that isn’t causing digestive distress and issues with the gut? And one can’t argue against the pets dying–a red flag that something is terribly wrong.  Where are the samples?

I found this after searching “chemtrails and meteorologists”.  Since it’s so long, I can’t watch it entirely, but he is a meteorologist that is debunking chemtrails as non-existent.  He said that most meteorologists are either stupid or know of them and going along with it.  I know the local weather kid actually pointed at a chemtrails photo recently, saying they were cirrus clouds.  He named them in a meteorological term that I can’t remember.  I was just stunned.

Taking the profit out of pollution

…this has been my question all along–why not make polluting the environment a costly affair–so costly that it wouldn’t make sense to continue to pollute? Because the current myopic view is not to include the healthcare costs caused by the toxic environment.

The same goes for plastic crap–why not make using plastic so freaking expensive that glass would be the better and cheaper alternative?  Nobody mentions the ocean full of not only mercury but plastic bottles….

Silkwood

My apologies, I meant to blog on this last week, at the anniversary of Karen Silkwood’s death, November 13th, 1976~

So now it’s been thirty-six years since her mysterious death after she had raised too many questions about the safety of the plutonium processing plant that employed her.  The TV movie “Silkwood” raised a stir when it was aired.  I remember watching it.  For some reason, my memory had Cher as the lead role…apologies to Meryl Streep.

The only complaint I have about the movie is the emphasis on Karen’s personal life…perhaps they didn’t want to leave stuff out to make an accurate portrayal, but it seems that whenever a woman makes noise about something, her morals are always questioned and if she is not a freaking saint, then she is not to be believed.

And I wonder if anything has changed…whether plutonium is still going missing–and where it’s going to…

Progress

(PERSONAL BLOG)

I haven’t posted on my progress for awhile, so I thought I’d put this up–

I am finally able to eat a little garlic. This is wonderful for me because I love it in butter sauce over spaghetti pasta.  Only now I have to use spaghetti squash.  It’s still delicious, though, and garlic is a wonder food.  It was actually used in WWII for the soldiers’ ailments (before penicillin was discovered).  It’s a natural antibacterial, antifungal and is just an all-around superfood for the immune system.  So, yeah, it’s good that I can eat it…as long as it’s not too often–still have issues if I eat too much of a good thing.

I can eat green leafy lettuce now, too, which is w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l.  I discovered a simple but delicious recipe in the book How to Cook without a Book.   I’ve discovered that most gluten-free books are written by people who don’t know how to cook.  This book, although not aimed at the gluten-free crowd, nevertheless has wonderful recipes that I’ve adapted.  She gives a basic ingredient list and then gives one different go-togethers.  A favorite of mine is a basic leafy green salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing.  (personally, I prefer it without the vinegar) and she adds bacon, avocado, and tomato.  It’s the closest thing to a BLT, and I love BLT’s, but of course can’t have the bread anymore.  This is a great alternative and nutritious, to boot. 🙂

My skin looks so much better just since March, when starting this diet.  I figure if it looks better on the outside, the inside is hopefully making the same progress.

Other progress I’ve noticed is that I’m able to handle stress a lot better.  This is crucial because the adrenals take such a beating with heavy metal poisoning that they can’t put out the cortisone to calm you down when you’re in a stressful situation.  In other words, you don’t freak out over stupid stuff.

Another crucial recovery is with my sense of humor —it is more frequently there than not…because I can tell you that my sense of humor has always been a part of my personality and with mercury’s affects on my brain’s creativity and linear thinking and constant exhaustion– that precious gift had disappeared.  It’s a cruelty that at the time when I needed my sense of humor the most, with the sense of connectedness, it wasn’t there for me–I had lost “myself”.  I cannot begin to describe how it feels to lose oneself–you know you’re still *there*  but you can’t bring *her* out.  Even more cruel is that every now and then, I’d get a glimpse of *me*, but as I tried to grab hold, she slipped back *underwater* and out of my grasp.

I’m sleeping better, which probably helps all of the above.  Not great, but much better.

There are still days, though, when I want to withdraw and not talk to anyone (autistic symptoms).  And the memory stuff comes and goes…and of course, the dreaded migraines.  I do have hope, however, as others on the GAPS diet have testified that they had suffered, too, but are now headache-free (keeping fingers and toes crossed).

So…yeah…I’m…Feelin’ Stronger Every Day (James Pankow, Chicago)

Blessed.

Indiana is exploding…

…You may have heard about the house exploding in Indy: http://www.local12.com/news/local/story/Faulty-Furnace-May-Be-To-Blame-For-Indy-Home/eDtvjY93zUyMEdrbWulCdw.cspx?rss=30

After they announced yet another house exploding somewhere in the area (didn’t catch the city)…I did a search on exploding houses to see what was out there.  I couldn’t find another house exploding listed in the news sites, but did find other troubling stuff.
Gees-o-pete.  Look what I’ve found: http://www.wthr.com/Global/story.asp?S=3813192  explosions propelling manhole covers…

(As a side note not related to this, they have been spraying the hell out of the skies the last two days.  I counted thirty chemtrails yesterday and twenty-five this morning just between 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. There were probably more, but I took a shower during this time period, and they likely were putting as much barium and aluminum as they could….)

Dental decay reversed?

Members of the GAPS diet group posted this link to a theory that teeth can remineralize following the basic GAPS diet and staying away from processed food.  Wouldn’t that just blow you away?  Put the dental profession out of business, eh?  Shhh…we don’t want them to get wind of this…you know, that whole profits against morality thing…and we know that profits usually wins…

…what I didn’t see in the bottom of the article when it listed what one needed for the teeth to remineralize was an absence of toxins…because the immune system cannot function properly while the body’s cells are malfunctioning due to chemical interference.

Albany Pro-Fracking Rally

“Advocates” of the poisonous fracking practice were bused into Albany, NY.

In the book, Not in Our Backyards! by Nicholas Freudenberg (1984), the author notes the long history of corporate owners pitting unions (workers) against environmentalists.  Some union members saw the environmentalists as elitists.  They feared job loss if the company picked up and moved their jobs to another area or another country that would be more “friendly”.  This fear was not unfounded, as many companies did just that.  The threat was very real.

From this article, that blackmail is still at work–forcing people to choose having income or taking a risk with theirs and their family’s health.  It’s only after a tragedy occurs that they realize they gained a little at first, but lost their precious health or livestock or poisoned their land or water forever.

Artists Against Fracking website here. Yoko Ono and Sean Lennon beg Gov. Cuomo not to rush into allowing fracking.

Oh, and let’s not forget the resulting earthquakes linked to fracking…nobody seems to want to address that issue.

From Ohio. And Texas.

Here’s a good article from Bloomberg summarizing it.

It is stunning that energy companies who violate the rules over and over again, and again, are  allowed to continue.  Why?

Oh, and this just adds to the total picture of unethical behavior and lack of accountability.  And this stuff has been going on since the beginning of the oil industry—so why isn’t something done to correct it?

Holy Crap

Secret Cold War tests in St. Louis

From the story:

But in 1994, the government said the tests were part of a biological weapons program and St. Louis was chosen because it bore some resemblance to Russian cities that the U.S. might attack. The material being sprayed was zinc cadmium sulfide, a fine fluorescent powder.

Now, new research is raising greater concern about the implications of those tests. St. Louis Community College-Meramec sociology professor Lisa Martino-Taylor’s research has raised the possibility that the Army performed radiation testing by mixing radioactive particles with the zinc cadmium sulfide, though she concedes there is no direct proof.

…makes you wonder what they’re doing now, in unsuspecting neighborhoods, for the war on terrorism?

My thoughts went to the chemtrails and how much they affect me and others.  I’ve definitely noticed a correlation between behavior and continuous (daily) spraying of trails.  When I had this last migraine, they had been spraying five or six trails at a time, all day,  every day, for three weeks.  (And I noticed that just before the elections in 2008, they were spraying the hell out of the skies for the four days prior to election day–keep your eyes on the skies before this election, folks, and see if you see the same phenomenon.)

Here’s a report on a news station:

I’ve read this this website before, but I can’t remember if I posted it.  A little dramatic, but I think there is cause for concern.

I went to the Environmental Working Group website, and could find nothing on the chemtrails.  Nothing on the Union for Concerned Scientists, either.

Joe Marmon has sued California authorities for contaminating the air.

Here’s a European take on the chemtrails phenomenon.

Slooooow Food

…versus Fast Food.  Here’s a link to the Slow Food website.  As the website states, Slow Food is a way of life–a sustainable way of feeding ourselves without destroying the environment (and ourselves) in the process.

Carlo Petrini founded the Slow Food movement after the first McDonald’s opened its doors in Italy.

The National Heirloom Expo is held annually to draw attention to what’s happening with the GMO seeds and to promote heirloom seeds (non-GMO).

Seed Savers website here.   Another website here.

Finally, here’s Treehugger.com, where those dirty effing hippies must hang out.  🙂

Note that in the comments, the readers state there is a controversy with Seed Savers being stacked with corporate toadies….intrigue among the seeds. <sigh>

A rather depressing article here.

Bill and Melinda Gates controlling the world food supply along with Monsanto is a scary thought.  It’s apparently not enough for them (Gates)  foisting “education reform” on the children of the United States…

…and his comments on environmentalists being against GMO’s speak of his true intent…

As the Grist article states, organic farming has proven to be effective during times of drought, more so than chemical-based farming.  And it goes on to remark about organic/sustainable farming being ideal for the poor communities.  It’s a no-brainer to me:  you put food scraps in a compost pile that turns into a rich soil that you put back into the ground.  This rich compost returns nutrients and beneficial microbes back to the soil.  One of the problems with chemical farming is that it strips the land of nutrients and the soil deteriorates, requiring more water than compost-rich soil.  Any poor person could do that–returning food scraps back to the soil is free.

An interesting article here.

John Ikerd is a retired professor out of the U of Missouri.  He’s an advocate of sustainable farming and has written extensively about it. Link here.

The problem that most folks are unaware there is a problem.  They go to their grocers, see rows of fresh food and shelves stocked to the hilt, and think everything is great….

…and the only thing left will be GMO food that makes them ill…
