Once again, they are trying to brand environmentalists as terrorists, and shut down protests as a way to “protect” the public. Oh, and wait for them to say it’s for the good of the protesters, as well. “For Your Own Good” has to be one of the biggest lies of all time. And as far as being spied on, if you’ve spoken out about the environment, or against the loss of our rights –and about the government breaking the law by violating those constitutional rights, you are already on The List. Which is why Obama’s remarks today that anyone Big Brother has put on The List will not be able to legally purchase guns for protection. Anyone who speaks out can be labeled a terrorist, whether they have ever uttered a threat, or even know how to fire a gun. And as someone has said — if you’re not on The List, shame on you.

Killer fructose
Yep. It may sound a little dramatic, but I invite you all to watch the following and see how fructose is a killer through heart disease. See, you’ve been programmed to believe that if we lowered our fat intake, we would be healthy and we would prevent heart disease.
And if we had high LDL cholesterol, we could just pop some pills and the heart disease risk would go down, right?
Only, that isn’t quite the case. I was shocked when I first read of sugar actually being the culprit behind heart attacks. Even more shocking is the connection between sugar and cancer, but Dr. Lustig does not get into that, unfortunately.
Without further ado, here is the video. It’s an hour and a half, but well worth your time. Anything is better than sitting watching *cough* reality shows or sitting on your bum playing video games.
Be well, my friends. 🙂
Ode to Joy flash mob
I freaking love this. I’ve watched it before, but I can’t remember if I posted it or not ~ Enjoy.
God Bless the musicians and the joy they bring us. And God Bless those that feed the Light. And God Bless the good men and women of the world.
Wounded Knee video **edited
This is a pretty good video on what happened – I like that they filmed some of it in present day Wounded Knee and that they did not focus on blood and gore to sensationalize it, like we see so much of today.
—————————
**edited to add a second excellent video on the tragedy. This has more details of the back story of the Ghost Dance joining Indian beliefs with the Messiah:
The Media and Wounded Knee
When I mentioned the bit about Wounded Knee and how the Native Americans were told to hand over their guns and the government would protect them…little did I know that the media also created a hysteria about the Native Americans that played a heavy hand in the murders of 300 innocent men, women, and children.
——————
A year earlier, the Ghost Dance had appeared on the Pine Ridge Reservation. Born from the vision of a Paiute named Wovoka (aka Jack Wilson), the Ghost Dance blended the messianic account of Christianity with traditional Native beliefs. This new religion told of the return of the Messiah to relieve the suffering of Native Americans and promised that if they would live righteous lives and perform the Ghost Dance in the prescribed manner, the European American invaders would vanish, the bison would return, and the living and the dead would be reunited in an Edenic world. But in Royer’s paranoid mind the Ghost Dance was a war dance that threatened imminent bloodshed. His dispatches to Washington urged that troops be sent to protect citizens from war.

[…]
The trains unloaded their travelers at Rushville, Nebraska, on November 20, 1890, and from there the troops and reporters made their way to Pine Ridge Agency, where they all soon discovered that there was no crisis to be found. Soon a regular fare of rumors and lies began to appear in the national press, fed by merchants who wanted to keep the reporters, and their expense accounts, engaged in the economically strained communities south of the Pine Ridge Reservation. These fantastic stories fed a growing national anxiety about impending war. They also appeared on the reservations, where Lakotas who had been educated in the nation’s Indian schools read the reports of troop activities and the rumors of outbreak to other members of their community. In this manner, the press became an important factor in stoking the anxiety both on and off the reservation.
——————–
As you read further, you see how the Native Americans were characterized as “hostile” or “friendly” Indians. That is, if they objected to the government’s plan to put them on reservations, they were considered hostile even if they had never uttered a word of violence. Despite what you’ve been taught in history class, most American Indians wanted peace and to get along. Otherwise, they would have let the Pilgrims die that first winter.
If you believe in FEMA camps, as some folks have stated are around us, then you start to see how this relates to present day. Herd everyone who disagrees with the New World Order into FEMA camps, mental hospitals, or have them conveniently die of heart attacks or car accidents or plane crashes.
You’ll remember how the media led up to the Iraq War, as they’re trying to do now to take away Americans’ 2nd Amendment rights and trying to get us into war in Syria. I hope folks understand how serious that is — Syria will get us into World War III and likely nuclear war. *Boom* we’re done.
Here is a report of Wounded Knee.
Thirty Meter Telescope project dealt legal setback in Hawaii
Well, here’s some sorely needed good news. The indigenous win one. For now. 😀
Artists rendition of the Thirty Meter Telescope.
Canadian industry, government heavily involved in project, which some Hawaiians have protested
By Jennifer Sinco Kelleher, The Associated Press, Dec 3, 2015
A long-awaited Hawaii Supreme Court ruling Wednesday invalidating a construction permit for what would be one of the world’s largest telescopes represents a major setback for the $1.4 billion project on a mountain astronomers tout for having perfect star-gazing conditions.

More crisis actors – Paris, Colorado
This is so unreal. These people have no ethics or morals.
Peekay22 has the best example of an actress’ bio:
————————-
The following video shows a crisis actor that can’t even keep a straight face — it’s hilarious to supposedly get shot and see others shot — it’s just a real hoot. /snark
———————
And Redsilver J has this up — Nazi Germany, folks. And if Nazi Germany sounds too far away, then you might want to check into the history of Wounded Knee. The Native Americans were told if they gave up their guns, the government would protect them. Instead, they shot and killed 300 men, women, and children…unarmed.
And in the next two videos, I think I’ve found my own crisis actor. Look at the “brother” of the fake gunman in the first video, and the zombie witness in the 2nd video at 4:28.

The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA): More Observations
–Sometimes it is hard to tell the difference between the so-called democratic process and the pressure sale.–
–Word. Makes one feel all slimy, like some guy wanting to sell you some real nice watches lining his trenchcoat…
It just sounds like more of the same — only the pay for success worries me that it is a wedge into more control using evaluation by a third party as a means to do so. Not to mention $$$ for the third party’s expert opinion…
deutsch29: Mercedes Schneider's Blog
On Monday, November 30, 2015, the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) document was made public. It is 1,061 pages long and is being rushed to the full House for a vote on December 02, 2015, with one hour of debate (limited to one-minute speeches) scheduled for 12 noon EST.
Only two days later.
The best explanation for the rush is that those sponsoring the bill, Senators Lamar Alexander and Parry Murray and Representative John Kline, believe that ESSA passage has already been arranged.
A delayed vote might mean that some of those sure Congressional votes become less sure. Sometimes it is hard to tell the difference between the so-called democratic process and the pressure sale.
On November 30, 2015, I wrote a post based upon my quick, 4 1/2-hour perusal of the ESSA document. In this post, I expand upon previous observations and add a few new ones.
ESSA…
