Get me outta here!

Eagle

If you feel like an outcast, take heart. Sometimes the reason you don’t fit in is because you are surrounded by satanists and you are not. And they know it. And they may suddenly surround you, after so many years of mocking or belittling you. Because you have something they want. Don’t give your power to them. I am a truth teller and truth seeker.

Glyphosate, aka RoundUp, is linked to autism **updated

January 9, 2015 by eagle

An MIT professor has studied glyphosate, the ingredient in Monsanto’s RoundUp and found there was a link between autism and the chemical.

Dr. Seneff argues that glyphosate severely impacts gut health by destroying healthy gut bacteria (think probiotics).

Seneff’s research shows that children with autism have biomarkers indicative of excessive glyphosate, including zinc and iron deficiencies, low serum sulfate, seizures and mitochondrial disorder, according to the Alliance for Natural Health.

Monsanto denies all evidence pointing to such a connection, arguing that Roundup is harmless because humans don’t have a shikimate pathway, which the chemical inhibits. However, Seneff notes that our gut bacteria do in fact have this pathway, and these bacteria are crucial for supplying the body with amino acids.

As you might recall, Monsanto sought, and was granted, permission to poison us even more by hyping up the amount of glyphosate.
Because the bioengineered stuff that looks like food was engineered to allow farmers to apply more RoundUp.  This, in turn, made “superweeds”  (or, in my opinion, plants that are not valued because they don’t “look pretty” but nevertheless can be a source of food themselves),  that they can no longer control.
So….naturally, Monsanto wanted to apply even more toxic glyphosate to once again get rid of the unwanted plants.  Toxins on steroids.
Because it makes *perfect* sense to keep applying more and more poison as nature adapts and the plants grow despite having the toxic poison applied.  They’ll survive, but the human consuming them will suffer.

Message: Women and Children don’t matter…

January 9, 2015 by eagle

That’s my take from the horrible story of a father throwing his five year old daughter off a bridge.  The police were called repeatedly to the home for domestic violence.  This man should have never had custody of the child.  The mother was not able to care for her, either.  Sadly, she did not get the assistance from the agencies that are set up for this.  And before you blame the people in the agencies, the Koch brothers/ ALEC legislative agenda doesn’t include protection for women and children, so those services are the first to be cut when governors want to make it appear they are being fiscally responsible….

…saving those tax dollerz…

…and sacrificing women and children to do it.

Over and over again, we see domestic violence as a predictor of future violence.  Why is it STILL treated as if it were just a spat between spouses/partners??  Repeated calls about it were huge red flags that this guy was not owning his violence and anger.  He most likely blamed the wife, the kids, the in-laws, the boss…and on.  Everyone else but himself.  And until that happens– until he acknowledges that he is responsible for his own behavior –he will continue to act out in violent ways when angry.

And this goes for rapists, too.  It is astounding that rapists who are put away for seven or so years, come out and go right back to raping women.  Even more violently.  Why are they allowed out to begin with?

Bill Cosby springs to mind.  Here we have a man whom allegedly raped women over and over again for decades.  And people ask why the victims didn’t come forward before now.  All one has to do is look at the scrutiny they are receiving:  they are doing it for financial gain; they are doing it for the attention; they are doing it to get back at Cosby for something he did.   Their motives and lives are being gone over with a fine tooth comb and any, and I do mean ANY little thing that makes them out to be less than perfect will be reason to doubt EVERYTHING they have claimed.

And Phylicia Rashad, saying to “forget those women” in reference to the accusers.  Don’t get me started.  It never ceases to amaze me how women can be just as hateful towards other women.  Women can be misogynists, too.  Rashad claimed these women were hurting the “legacy” of Cosby.

No, Phylicia, Cosby did that all by himself when he allegedly drugged and raped these women.  Forget them?  Forget you.

Food or Weed?

January 7, 2015 by eagle

I had a treat this morning by looking out the window to see a female Cardinal eating the berries from what others would call a “weed” — Pokeweed.  The berries have dried up after a long summer’s growth and the cardinal was happily nibbling on them.

The pokeweed is not something to trifle with – it can be poisonous if it is not cooked properly.  This page states that if one wants to consume it, that it must be boiled twice with fresh water each time.  And one can eat the leaves – but only if it is new in the Spring, because poisons develop as it matures.

We also consider the dandelion to be a weed, but it is a healthy food that indicated in fighting cancer.  The Native Americans use it in the Spring as a detoxer. It’s packed with Vitamin A — more than a carrot!

I think we need to re-think the idea of “weeds” and look at the healing properties of plants instead of whether they “look pretty”.

Legalized murder in Saudi Arabia

January 6, 2015 by eagle

Domestic violence and rape are known around the world, but Saudi Arabia appears to be the only country that it is legal, as in this case of a father brutalizing his daughter.  Good God.  Again, religion is used to justify what this beast did to his daughter, but no God would justify such acts.  Do Unto Others is in Islam, as well….

Huh? “Preparing students to successfully compete in today’s world marketplace.”

January 6, 2015 by eagle

Ken Previti's avatarReclaim Reform

High stakes testing, CCSS, charter schools, etc. have the stated mission of “preparing students to successfully compete in today’s world marketplace.”

This is insanity. This is destructive for the child and the nation.

John Goodland discusses this in his Educational Leadership interview.
“We have convinced the American people that their kids must prepare for the high-tech economy… What have we done?
It’s interesting that we don’t really value education highly in this country. We value schooling. Schooling is a political entity subject to changing manipulations.”

Schooling that trains for today’s marketplace is a superb goal for corporate growth. It assures cheap, well trained labor.

The Walton family members – the incredibly wealthy Walmart heirs who pay their employees poor wages which assure that all taxpayers pay for their employees’ food stamps – are heavily invested in charters and online educational endeavors. This proves how very valuable training children for today’s…

New York Daily News Endorses Punitive Use of VAM

January 5, 2015 by eagle

dianeravitch's avatarDiane Ravitch's blog

New York, beware. Governor Cuomo and State Board of Regents Merryl Tisch are both very dissatisfied, having learned that only 1% of the state’s teachers were rated ineffective. They assume that if a child gets low scores on the state tests, the teacher must be an ineffective teacher. With the new Common Core tests, the state “proficiency” rate plummeted to only 30%, so the state must be full of “bad” teachers. It doesn’t seem to have occurred to him that the “cut score” or “passing score” on the tests was set absurdly high. Nor do they know that the use of VAM (value-added modeling) has been criticized by the American Statistical Association, the American Education Research Association, and the National Academy of Education.

Now the New York Daily News, owned by billionaire Mortimer Zuckerman (who also owns US News and World Report), has written an editorial calling on legislators to…

Reach Up And Scratch The Sky

January 5, 2015 by eagle

Chemtrails. Oh, I’m sorry, GeoEngineering (see, it sounds soooo much better when you put a scientific spin on poisoning people with aluminum, strontium, etc.) How can you tell it’s chemtrails? Look at how they start spreading outwards. This is not a contrail, which is a normal exhaust of planes.

Bald Eagle count in Squamish draws concern

January 5, 2015 by eagle

This is a concern — we almost lost the Eagle before, so their declining numbers is a warning something is wrong. The salmon population is of concern, as well. This link explains the many factors contributing to salmon decline: http://www.psmfc.org/habitat/salmfct.html
