Battle of Lexington

I viewed a quite moving reenactment of the first battle our ancestors fought to win independence from the English.

Imagine standing there with a small group of rebels against a well-armed well fed army, not knowing the outcome but willing to shed your blood for freedom from tyranny.

I wanted to share it to honor their bravery and courage. God Bless my ancestor, Caleb Hubbard, who fought in the American Revolution.

We are failing to uphold what they fought for. We’ve lost our focus on what’s important and what is worth fighting for.
