Since we know that digital technology can be changed through Photoshop or video editing software, we have to treat any video as secondhand knowledge.

It’s not firsthand knowledge as if you were there, witnessing the person or event as it happened.

Therefore, any video needs to be viewed as on the level of gossip.

It can confuse our minds because our brains want to see it as real and live, but what the brain sees is something that already happened and it’s viewing a past event that may or may not have been altered video.

Even events called “live” may have been previously video taped.

This is really important to keep in mind when watching video and news media.
