The image on the left is a headstone in an Indiana cemetery. Bear Lodge or the Tower, is on the right.
I was just got when I happened upon the marker. It looks too much like the ancient tree in Wyoming to be coincidence.
It’s known as a sacred place by several Native tribes. So far, whites have not caught on to this.
What did the ancestors know that wasn’t conveyed to the generations afterwards?
There were many headstones like this during a certain time period, but the practice stopped. Again, why?
