I have felt you also seeking help. Please follow the steps I told your brother. This is the mother of all self-help projects, and you have to do the work. God will meet you half way.

So I am sensing that it is more difficult for you to ask for help. I sense a shell around you, like any pain you have experienced in the past has hardened you. That is understandable. It just makes it a little harder for you to connect with God, because you have this wall of defense up. And you also have a LOT of negative energy attached to you.

All you need to do is ask for help. Get some sweetgrass and burn it before you open yourself up to prayer. When you go to the mountain, and you pray– stand in the water, bless the water, raise your arms upwards towards the sky, and ask God to help you.
