Hey all,
Thought I’d get away from the negative in the world right now and post about a wonderfully simple pumpkin preparation recipe. Now, you can either use the pumpkin right away in pie and such, or you can freeze it for later use.
I looove that this is so simple by just popping the whole thing into the oven.
When I first tried this recipe last year, I envisioned pumpkin exploding all over the oven…
…and all it did was collapse.
It was sooo easy just peeling back the skin, and this made it easy to use every little bit of pumpkin. Pumpkins are a great source of Vitamin A, which our immune systems need.
