Sadly, things haven’t really changed since her tragic death

This story kind of gives a view of the dark side of the 60s, when women were experiencing their sexuality more openly (as opposed to the frigid 50s).  They were fed this nonsense that having sex whenever and with whomever was “freeing” and “powerful”  What utter crap, as Paige Young found out.  Women were used and abused (and still are).

**edited 9.7.19–re-reading this today, I wonder if this was a suicide…or a murder made to look like a suicide because it sounds like she was beginning to realize how evil these men truly were and perhaps they offed her to keep her quiet about the goings-on?  Just a thought…
