This post is spot on. Well done. Like I’ve posted before, about the billboard that shamed poor people for wanting a living wage…and the tech people who look down their noses at them for wanting the same thing as the techies…
It is outrageous that they can use tech to intimidate and harass slow payers…whom they know will pay late when they offer them the car loan. It’s not a secret that they purposely target the working poor and charge them high interest rates. They know that the poor will not be able to keep the car, and they turn around and sell it to another person who can’t afford it…but nevertheless needs the transportation. This is what Elizabeth Warren was fighting against….while the others in Congress were looking the other way.
