Note that they don’t have to *prove* their product was safe–just have to prove that ABC News defamed their product. What constitutes *safe*? Are antibiotics in animals safe when it creates resistance in human beings, leading to super bugs? Is meat safe when these poor animals are so crowded they are standing in poop and can’t move around? Is it safe when the factory farms are creating unsafe environments by that enormous concentration of antibiotic laden poop?
